Sally Healey – Managing Director
Sally is a veteran healthcare practice management consultant with expertise in all aspects of practice management. With over 25 years in the healthcare field, Sally has worked with practices that range in size from sole practitioners to hospital departments to large medical practices.
Sally began her career as a medical receptionist in a solo GP surgery. Sally has since worked with over 200 practitioners in all specialties. Her experience includes serving as a Consultant for large multi-specialty medical practices and also as an employed Manager for general practice and specialty groups.
Sally now consults for medical practices throughout Australia.
Sally holds a Diploma in Business, Trainer and Assessor Certificate, post graduate qualifications in counselling and is currently completing a masters in counselling, focusing on career development. She is a member of the Australian Practice Manager Association and the Australian Institute of Management.
 
Amy Guest Training and Recruitment Manager
Amy has extensive knowledge of management and procedures within the health care industry. Amy commenced her career in the health care industry, working for several practices before undertaking her role with Jigsaw as training and recruiting Manager. Amy has successfully coordinated the training for several national clients. Amy is available to answer all enquiries in relation to training and recruiting.
 
David Travis – Practice Manager Consultant and Trainer
David has been employed within the Medical industry since 2000. He commenced his career as a representative for a major pharmaceutical company, before moving to a consultant whose role was to set up new GP surgeries throughout Brisbane. David has since moved into Practice Management and currently manages a practice in North Brisbane, where he works on a part-time basis whilst training and consulting with Jigsaw Medical.
David holds a Diploma in Business, Marketing Degree, and Trainer and Assessors Certificate.
 
Lynda Miller – Medical Reception Trainer
Lynda has over 20 years experience in the health service industry working in General Practice and not-for-profit health service providers progressing to senior management level positions.   Lynda completed her Diploma of Practice Management and Trainer and Assessors Certificate while working in General Practice.   She is currently working toward a post graduate qualification in Health Management.  Lynda is an experienced and qualified trainer with a hands on training style.
Lynda is a member of the Australian Practice Manager's Association.
 
Susan Bowles – Medical Terminology Trainer

Susan comes from a nursing background and has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to medical terminology. A trainer for a major health care organisation in Brisbane, Susan holds a Bachelor of Nursing degree and a Certificate in Training and Assessment.
